Anatoly Lobotsky was born on January 14 in Tambov.
In 1979, he graduated from the directing department of the Tambov branch of the Moscow State Institute of Culture. In 1985, he graduated from GITIS (Russian University of Theatre Arts) — the workshop of A.A. Goncharov.
Since 1985, Anatoly Lobotsky has been an actor at the Vl. Mayakovsky Theatre.
